Do I need a credit card to reserve a limousine?
Yes, in most cases you will need to have a valid credit card to reserve a limousine. The only exceptions are clients with corporate accounts, frequent customers, or customers that provide a cash deposit at least one week in advance of their charter date.
Do I have to be 18 or older to make a reservation?
Yes, no exceptions.
Limousines are big cars, can we put as many passengers in as will fit?
No, our cars have all been certified for specific numbers of passengers. We will not overload under any circumstances.
Will E&G provide alcohol for our trip?
No, we are prohibited by State law from providing alcohol, but you may bring you own, and you are permitted to consume it in the passenger areas of our limousines.
May we smoke in the limousines?
No, all of our cars are smoke-free.
If our trip goes past the pre-arranged charter time, will we have to pay for the additional time?
Yes, any time over 15 minutes past the end time that you chartered for will be billed to you. The smallest increment of time billed is one-hour. Chauffeurs are not permitted, under any circumstances, to waive fees.
Do I have to tip the chauffeur?
Yes, you are expected to provide a gratuity to the chauffeur, assuming you were provided with quality service. All of our chauffeurs are trained to provide a level of service well above the norm. The standard rate is 20% of the fare. When planning your trip, you should factor that amount into your budget.
Is E&G properly licensed and insured?
Yes, we hold the following permits and carrier authorities:

All of our cars carry at least six times more than the minimum amount of liability insurance required by the Maryland PSC.
